Seminole County Tax Collector, FLHSMV, and Toll Authorities will never contact you via text message demanding immediate payment or requesting personal information.
Beginning on May 5, 2025, SCTC will now open from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. This change will allow our staff to prepare for upcoming statewide DMV software updates, ensuring a smooth transition and continued excellent service.
Our offices provide motor vehicle and driver license services for Seminole County residents only. Concealed weapons permits, birth certificates, hunting and fishing licenses and self-service tag renewal kiosks are available to all Florida residents.
You can now apply for Business Tax Receipts online or drop-off your physical application and check payment at any of our branch offices (payable to the Seminole County Tax Collector). Your application and payment will be forwarded to the Business Tax Department. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for processing.
Seminole County residents, you can use our self-service Florida MV Express kiosks to renew your vehicle registration.

If you have an appointment we will honor your appointment within the next 30 days. In the meantime, you may visit any of our other branches locations for service.
